MATERIAL
We use a high-quality cabinet grade 3/8" thick baltic birch wood. Our wood is 7ply which means that there are 7 different layers as you can see from the side. This makes it stronger than the typical 3ply cutouts you see. All signs are cut on our 4' x 8' CNC router.
FINISHES
These will be painted a light blue for the snowflake and white for the "welcome". To keep these looking nice and make sure they last we recommend that they are hung under something covered and not exposed directly to the elements.
